Boldtek (SGX:5VI) said the SGX RegCo declined its application to comply with Listing Rule 705(1), which sought to extend the release of its full-year financial statements ending June 30, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The decision follows the construction and engineering firm's plan for judicial managers to file a winding-up application with the High Court of Singapore by Oct. 5.

Trading in Boldtek's shares has been halted since Jan. 12, 2023, and has been suspended since Jan. 16, 2023.
