Trevena (TRVN) received a delisting notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market with trading of its common shares to be suspended Tuesday.
The company failed to comply with the minimum stockholder's equity requirement for continued listing.
The shares are expected to trade on the Pink Open Market operated by the OTC Markets Group, though there's no assurance a broker will continue to make a market in the stock or trading will continue elsewhere, Trevena said Friday in a statement.
Shares of the biopharmaceutical company tumbled 40% in recent after-hours activity.
