CN Energy Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Minimum Market Value Rule

MT Newswires Live10-11

CN Energy Group (CNEY) said Friday it regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum market value of publicly held shares, or MVPHS, requirement.

The company said it was notified about noncompliance in September due to its Class A ordinary shares failing to maintain the $1,000,000 MVPHS threshold for 30 consecutive trading days.

CN Energy's shares fell more than 6% in early trading.
