Renze Harvest Shares Slump 22% as Chairman/CEO Resigns

Renze Harvest International (HKG:1282) said Huang Wansheng resigned as board chairman and chief executive officer due to personal reasons.

Zhang Chi has been appointed acting chairman of the board, and Li Minbin will be acting CEO, according to a Thursday filing from the Hong Kong Exchange.

All changes took effect on Thursday, Oct. 10.

Shares of the company slumped almost 22% in recent trade on Friday.
