E2open Fiscal Q2 Adjusted EPS Rises, Revenue Falls; FY Revenue Guidance Cut; Shares Fall After Hours

E2open Parent Holdings (ETWO) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.05 per share, up from $0.04 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expected normalized EPS of $0.05.

Revenue in the quarter ended Aug. 31 fell to $152.2 million from $158.5 million a year earlier. Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $154.8 million.

The company cut fiscal 2025 revenue guidance to the range of $607 million to $617 million from $630 million to $645 million. Analysts expect $633 million.

Shares of the company slumped 19% in recent after-hours activity.
