OUE REIT (SGX:TS0U) was awarded a four-star rating in a 2024 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) assessment, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The REIT scored 82 points which is higher than the GRESB average of 74.

The REIT also scored higher points in social performance, environmental and governance categories.

Shares of the REIT were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
