SOBR Safe (SOBR) shares dropped 30% amid heavy trading after the company said overnight it priced an $8.2 million private placement of units.

More than 862,000 shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 281,000.

Shares of Chinese companies listed in the US, including Bilibili (BILI), traded sharply lower following media reports that China reportedly held off on more economic stimulus.

Shares of Bilibili dropped 13% as intraday trading volume soared to over 11.3 million from a daily average of about 7.23 million.

PDD Holdings' (PDD) Temu online marketplace is offering low-cost remote controls compatible with Amazon's (AMZN) streaming device Fire TV, Bloomberg reported Tuesday. In an email to MT Newswires, Amazon said it is investigating the situation, while PDD didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Shares of PDD fell 6.2%, with intraday trading volume at more than 20.2 million versus a daily average of about 14.5 million.
