Employers Holdings (EIG) late Wednesday said Michael Pedraja will join the company as its new chief financial officer in February and assume the role by the end of March.
He succeeds Michael Paquette, who will be retiring in March 2025.
Pedraja comes to the workers' compensation insurance firm from Ariel Re Services, where he was a Group CFO. He previously held various executive roles at Allstate (ALL), Aon (AON), Barclays (BCS) and Credit Suisse, now part of UBS (UBS).
