Hyliion Holdings (HYLN) said Wednesday that it signed a letter of intent with ANA for the deployment of Karno generators for mobile power generation.
The company said ANA plans to procure up to six Karno generators for a pilot trial and initial deployment will include one 200kW unit in 2025. Five more units will be deployed at various sites after validation, Hyliion added.
The partnership will be formalized in a binding agreement outlining responsibilities and volume commitments, potentially leading to exclusive collaboration on hybrid power services for the rental market, Hyliion said.
