Trading in the shares of China NT Pharma Group (HKG:1011) resumed on Oct. 10, according to a Thursday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The company said it may issue subscription shares to four creditors, including two substantial shareholders, to capitalize outstanding loans and interest.
China NT Pharma sought a trading suspension on Oct. 4 pending the release of the announcement regarding the potential subscription agreements.
The pharmaceutical's shares closed 17% higher on Thursday.
