Civmec (SGX:P9D) said 937,000 performance rights have vested and been converted into shares under its performance rights plan for the period ending June 30, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Additionally, 546,000 performance rights have been canceled. Civmec now has 508.5 million shares outstanding and 3.8 million performance rights remaining.
Shares of the company gained nearly 3% in morning trade Thursday.
