Owlet (OWLT) said Thursday it received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange that the company regained compliance with the minimum market capitalization requirement for continued listing.
The exchange also removed below compliance "BC" indicator from the company's class A shares, according to Owlet.
The company said it will be subject to a 12-month follow-up period for review of continued compliance with listing standards.
