NRW Holdings' (ASX:NWH) civil and mining unit secured a AU$109 million contract from BHP (ASX:BHP) to develop the Jimblebar mine in Western Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Scope of work includes the construction of new facilities, floodway, and access road, the filing said.
The construction is set to start by November and is expected to end in the second quarter of 2026, the filing added.
NRW's shares rose almost 2% in recent Friday trade, while BHP's shares slipped 1%.
