Shares of Fangdd Network Group declined after it announced the pricing of a $4.5 million registered direct offering.
The stock was recently down 18%, to $1.45, but has more than doubled this year. Shares in the operator of a Chinese online real-estate marketplace were briefly paused due to volatility.
Shares in the offering were priced at 88 cents each. Pre-funded warrants in lieu of stock were priced at 87.94375 cents apiece.
