Sino Harbour Holdings Group (HKG:1663) said its chairman chairman Wong Lam Ping increased his shareholding in the company by acquiring a total of 848,000 shares of the company on the market on Monday and Tuesday.
The average price paid for the purchase came in at HK$0.118 per share with the highest being HK$0.121 per share, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The property developer's shares were nearly 8% down in recent trade.
