The Bermuda Court granted an order on Oct. 10 that the winding up petition against Moody Technology Holdings (HKG:1400) is withdrawn, according to a Sunday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
As a result, joint and several provisional liquidators have also been removed, the filing added.
The company's stocks were up by nearly 4% on Monday's closing.
