Enlight Renewable Energy (ENLT) said Monday that its Solar and Storage Cluster in Israel has fully started commercial operations.
The Cluster consists of 12 facilities with a combined solar generation capacity of 254 megawatt and an energy storage capacity of 594 megawatt-hour.
Portions of the Cluster started commercial operation last year and grid connections continued throughout this year, Enlight said.
All of the Cluster's output will be sold to Enlight's supplier division, which markets the electricity directly to consumers, including large corporate clients like SodaStream and Applied Materials, as well as households and small businesses through a joint venture with Electra Power.
The Cluster is expected to generate $34 to $36 million in revenue and $24 to $26 million in EBITDA in its first full year of operation.
