Sunright (SGX:S71) said that Weatherford International filed a dismissal of its claims against defendants, including a former entity of its subsidiary, KES Systems, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

In a filing from May 13, 2019, Weatherford claimed that KESU Systems and Service, a former entity of KES Systems, caused or contributed to environmental damage at a certain property located in the city of Midland and sought reimbursement under Texas law.
