Mooreast (SGX:1V3) signed a collaboration agreement with the National Taiwan Ocean University to research designs and solutions to improve platforms used in floating offshore wind farms.
Under the two-year agreement, the parties will focus on developing floating wind platforms and conducting wave dynamic response analysis to improve platform stability and performance in sea conditions.
Mooreast Taiwan will also provide internships and host on-campus seminars to bridge the gap between academia and real-world expertise, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
