MT Newswires Live10-16

V-cube (TYO:3681) said its US subsidiary, TEN Holdings, filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Oct. 11 for an initial public offering, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The Tokyo-listed firm owns 100% of TEN Holdings, which operates virtual and hybrid events through its subsidiary TEN Events Inc., formerly known as Xyvid.

The filing does not guarantee the listing, and market conditions could affect the decision, V-cube said.
