Shimao Group Holdings (HKG:0813) recorded contracted sales of approximately 2.94 billion yuan in September, with a contracted sold area of 231,045 square meters, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The property company's average monthly selling price was 12,708 yuan per square meter.
For the nine months ended Sept. 30, contracted sales and sold area reached roughly 25.35 billion yuan and 2.0 million square meters, respectively.
