Oriental Rise (ORIS) said Friday it closed a $7 million initial public offering of shares.
The company said it sold about 1.8 million shares at $4 apiece.
Underwriters for the IPO have a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 262,500 shares, Oriental Rise added.
The company's shares were up 21% in recent trading.
