Marriott International (MAR) said Friday it has signed an agreement with Shum Yip Holdings to launch The Luxury Collection and AC Hotels by Marriott in Shenzhen, China.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
The new hotel chains are expected to open in November 2028, the company added.
Marriott said it currently has more than 20 properties across 13 brands in Shenzhen.
