Chen Hongzhao resigned as vice president of glassmaker Triumph New Energy (HKG:1108) on Friday to take on the role of secretary to the board, a same-day bourse filing said.
Chen will hold the position until a new board secretary is hired. He will continue to serve as the company's financial executive.
The move came after Wang Leilei resigned as board secretary and executive director, citing work arrangement adjustments.
Shares of the company closed over 4% higher on Friday.
