Althea Group Agrees to Divest MyAccess Clinics Business; Shares Hit New 52-Week High

Althea Group Holdings (ASX:AGH) signed a deal to sell its MyAccess Clinics business in the UK and Ireland for AU$1 million to Montu Group UK, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Additionally, Montu will purchase Althea products at a minimum of 10,300 units on commercial terms in the UK for 24 months, the filing said. The medicinal and recreational cannabis firm's products will remain on the clinic's drugs list for three years after completion.

Shares of Althea Group closed up by more than 4% on Thursday and earlier hit a new 52-week high.
