Nuzee Sets Up Offices in Several Regions to Expand Global Business; Shares Soar

Nuzee (NUZE) said Thursday it has established offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China and other regions to develop its global business.

The company said it has also moved its US operations to Florida from California.

Meanwhile, Randy Weaver, the company's former co-chief executive has left the company, effective Aug. 30. Jianshuang Wang, the chair of the board and chief executive, will keep serving as chief executive, having assumed full responsibilities for the position, Nuzee said.

Shares of Nuzee soared nearly 125% in recent trading.
