WNS Shares Decline 12% on Lower Fiscal 2025 Outlook

WNS (Holdings) shares declined 12% after lowering its outlook for the fiscal year.

Shares were trading around $43.84. The stock is down about 30% on the year.

The provider of global business process management technology on Thursday guided for adjusted revenue between $1.25 billion and around $1.3 billion for fiscal 2025. It previously guided for the metric to come in between $1.29 billion and $1.35 billion.

Adjusted earnings per-share are now expected to be in the range of $4.13 and $4.35 compared to prior guidance between $4.42 and $4.68.
