Pineapple Energy Ends Lease for Former Corporate Office in Minnesota; Shares Rise

Pineapple Energy (PEGY) said Thursday it has ended its lease for the former corporate office in Minnetonka, Minnesota, which was initially set to expire in 2027.

Considering the remaining lease term, additional expenses, and the impact of the buyout fee, the total amount saved is projected to be around $480,000, the company said.

Shares of Pineapple Energy were up more than 15% in recent trading.
