Oriental Rise Holding Prices 1.75M Share IPO at $4 Each

Oriental Rise Holding said it priced the company's 1.75 million share initial public offering at $4 per share, for total gross proceeds of $7 million.

The shares are expected to commence trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Oct. 17 under the ticker symbol ORIS.

Oriental Rise said it is an integrated supplier of tea products in mainland China.

US Tiger Securities is acting as sole book-runner for the offering.
