operations.\nShare issue\nThe IPO is based on the issue of a maximum of 35 million shares priced at $0.20 each, with one free-attaching Series A option exercisable at $0.25 with a 25-month expiry for every five shares.\nUpon exercise, the option will result in the issue of one share and one Series B option, exercisable at $0.40 and expiring four years from the date of the company’s ASX setting new standards in quality and compliance for cosmetic medical services.\n“Accreditation serves as a benchmark of quality and performance, offering our patients, customers and the public and advancing our engagement with the Australian market.”\nCosmetics market\nNon-invasive cosmetic procedures such as Botox and fillers continue to grow in popularity and accessibility in Australia.
