Orgenesis Shares Fall Pre-Bell Amid Nasdaq Panel Deciding to Delist Shares

MT Newswires Live2024-10-18

Orgenesis (ORGS) shares fell almost 42% in Friday's premarket activity after it disclosed in a regulatory filing that it has been notified that the Nasdaq hearings panel has decided to delist the company's shares and suspend trading, effective Monday.

Nasdaq opted to delist the company for failing to meet the exchange's bid price and equity requirements, the filing said.

The delisting will be complete after the appeal periods have lapsed, the company said. In the interim, the company said it intends to begin trading under the symbol, "ORGS," on the OTC Markets effective Monday.
