Star Entertainment gains a day after decision to keep Sydney license

Oct 18 (Reuters) - Shares of Australia's Star Entertainment jumped over 5% as they resumed trading on Friday, a day after New South Wales state gaming regulator said the embattled casino operator would be able to keep its Sydney casino open.
