Leader Environmental Technologies Incorporates Joint Venture Company in Singapore

Leader Environmental Technologies (SGX:LS9) incorporated an equal stake investment holding company, UG Water with Gong Shuyi in Singapore, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Friday.

The JV company will set up a wholly owned subsidiary in China named Xinwo AIWater with both stakeholders contributing SG$10,000 each for the company's working capital.

The JV company will deploy artificial intelligence to optimize the operation and management of a wastewater treatment plant in the Hubei Region with a design treatment capacity of 60,000 tons a day.
