Zheneng Jinjiang Environmental Subsidiary Enters into Loan Facility with DBS Bank, Bank Negara

Zheneng Jinjiang Environmental's (SGX:BWMO) subsidiary, PT Indo Green Power, entered into a facility agreement with DBS Bank and PT Bank Negara for a US dollar syndicated term loan facility of up to $85 million and an Indonesian rupiah syndicated term loan facility of up to 243.0 billion rupiah.

The $85.0 million facility will be repaid within 156 months of the filing date while the loans under the 243.0 billion rupiah facility has a maturity of 120 months, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The loan facilities will be used for the construction of the Palembang waste-to-energy project in Indonesia, which will have a total installed waste treatment capacity of 1,000 tons per day, the filing added.
