Founder Group Shares Fall in Nasdaq Debut

Founder Group (FGL) shares fell in their Nasdaq trading debut Wednesday after the firm priced its initial public offering of about 1.22 million shares at $4.00 per share.

The shares were down over 16% at $3.35 in recent trading after opening at $5.

The offering is set to close Thursday, said the firm, an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning company for solar PV facilities in Malaysia.
