BUZZ-CITIC climbs after deal to sell stake in McDonald's China, Hong Kong operations

** Shares of China's state-owned CITIC Ltd climb 1.3% to HK$9.39, third biggest pct gainer in the Hang Seng Composite Index tracking conglomerates

** CITIC has agreed to sell its 19.23% stake in the company that operates fast-food chain McDonald's across China and Hong Kong for $430.3 mln, fully exiting the business

** It will sell the stake in Fast Food Holdings to a unit of Chinese private equity firm Trustar Capital Partners - CITIC

** The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index climbs 0.9% and the index tracking conglomerates climbs 0.6%

** The Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index and the Hang Seng Index both add 0.7%

** Stock up 18.9% YTD
