Bank of China (HKG:3988, SHA:601988) issued $300 million floating rate bonds due 2027, according to a Monday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The bonds were issued under the $40 billion medium-term bonds program and admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on Oct. 21.
The lender's share prices were down nearly 2% at Monday's close.
