CITIC Securities' (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) subsidiary, CSI MTN, issued two medium-term bonds amounting to $ billion, according to a Wednesday filing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The bonds are part of the Chinese securities firm's $3 billion bond program, the filing said.
Shares of the company dropped less than 3% on the Hong Kong bourse.
