The financial services company's operating income saw a slight year-on-year decrease, the filing said, without giving figures.
Far East Horizon's financial leasing unit's business "advanced steadily," while its healthcare unit saw higher profit margins, according to the filing.
Shares slid 1% during Tuesday's afternoon trading.
