Chengxin Lithium Group (SHE:002240) agreed to supply lithium sales to lithium-ion battery company Sinotruk Technology Group in a cooperation agreement, according to a Monday filing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Huirong Mining is also a party to the agreement.
The Chinese lithium company will also receive lithium concentrate raw materials from Huirong Mining and Sinotruck Technology as part of the deal.
The agreement is valid until Dec. 31, 2026, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose less than 3% in recent trade.
