China Mobile's (HKG:0941, SHA:600941) 5G network customers reached a little over 539.4 million in September, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing by the telecommunications company.
The firm added 2.4 million new mobile customers during the month and around 13.0 million new customers in 2024, bringing its total mobile customer base to a little over 1 billion users.
Wireless broadband users also increased by 3.0 million during the month and 15.4 million in 2024 so far, bringing its total wireline broadband customers to 313.6 million.
