Adriatic Metals Ramps Up Production at Bosnia and Herzegovina Mine in Q3; Shares Down 7%

Adriatic Metals (ASX:ADT) ramped up production at the Vares operation in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the third quarter to achieve commercial production in the fourth quarter of the year, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company mined 63,053 tonnes of ores and milled 21,078 tonnes of ores in Q3 from 8,284 tonnes and 9,454 tonnes, respectively, in the second quarter, the filing said.

The mining firm produced 95,535 silver ounces from 21,591 ounces quarter on quarter, while gold production reached 831 ounces from 62 ounces, the filing added.

The company's shares tumbled 7% in recent Monday trade.
