AppFolio (APPF) shares rose 20% in recent Friday trading, a day after it posted higher Q3 results from a year earlier and raised its full-year 2024 revenue guidance.

The company reported Q3 non-GAAP net income late Thursday of $1.29 per diluted share, up from $0.59 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected normalized EPS of $1.03.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $205.7 million, up from $165.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $199.1 million.

The company said it now expects full-year 2024 revenue of $786 million to $790 million, compared with its previous estimate of $772 million to $778 million. Analysts expect $778.9 million.
