1302 ET - A cyberattack on Change Healthcare in February breached the data of at least 100 million people, parent company UnitedHealth Group said in a regulatory filing with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Wednesday. UnitedHealth's chief executive, Andrew Witty, testified before Congress this summer that the breach, which is still being investigated, would likely affect one in three Americans.
