Chinese autonomous driving start-up Pony.ai signed a memorandum of understanding with Luxembourg' transport provider, Emile Weber, to establish a research and development center in the European country, according to a joint press release published Wednesday on the BusinessWire.
The R&D center will develop autonomous vehicles in Luxembourg.
The MOU signing was made through Pony.ai's subsidiary, Pony.ai Europe, which will bring the company's driving technologies to the European market, the press release added.
