Singtel (SGX:Z74) signed a conditional agreement to sell its all-in-one mobile wallet, Dash, to Western Union, according to a company release on Thursday.
The mobile wallet has amassed 1.4 million users since its launch in 2014.
The sale is part of the telecom service provider's internal restructuring exercise as it looks to simply its portfolio.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
