SS&C Technologies (SSNC) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $1.29 per diluted share, up from $1.17 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.26.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.47 billion, up from $1.37 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.44 billion.
For Q4, the software firm is projecting adjusted EPS of $1.29 to $1.35 on adjusted revenue of $1.46 billion to $1.50 billion. Analysts are looking for $1.35 and $1.47 billion, respectively.
For 2024, SS&C raised its adjusted EPS guidance to $5.12 to $5.18 from $4.98 to $5.22. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $5.16. The company also narrowed its adjusted revenue forecast to $5.82 billion to $5.86 billion from $5.71 billion to $5.87 billion. Analysts expect $5.80 billion.
Shares of SS&C Technologies were down 3.5% in after-hours activity.
