The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was up 1.4% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 1.4% lower.

Bank of Hawaii (BOH) shares were up over 3% after the company reported lower Q3 earnings and revenue that still topped analysts' expectations.
Hope Bancorp (HOPE) shares fell past 6% after the company reported lower Q3 non-GAAP earnings and revenue.
