Chinese self-driving startup WeRide raised $440.5 million from its initial public offering and private placement on the Oct. 25 Nasdaq trading debut, Reuters reported on the same day.
The IPO valued the company at more than $4 billion, the media outlet said.
WeRide sold 7.74 million American depositary shares at $15.50 per share to raise around $120 million, according to the report.
