OneMain Holdings' Q3 Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises

OneMain Holdings (OMF) reported Q3 earnings Wednesday of $1.31, down from $1.61 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and other revenue, was $1.16 billion, compared with $1.09 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.21 billion.

The company said the board maintained its quarterly dividend at $1.04 per share, payable Nov. 18 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 12.

OneMain Holdings also said the board on Oct. 16 extended its stock buyback plan to Dec. 31, 2026.
